Hijaz Hajj Umrah Ltd. established in January 2023, is one of the leading Hajj and Umrah agencies in Bangladesh. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and all-in-one experience for individuals embarking on the holy pilgrimage of Hajj and Umrah from any city in Bangladesh. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team.

Job Description:

The Business Development Officer will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the company’s expansion efforts. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in business development to help the company achieve its growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through various channels.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with local and international partners to enhance service offerings.
• Proposal Writing: Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and partnership agreements.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business growth targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including sales metrics and forecasts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.

Requirements:

• Education: : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Skills:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Language: Proficiency in Bangla and English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a resultsoriented mindset.
