Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and all-in-one experience for individuals embarking on the holy pilgrimage of Hajj and Umrah from any city in Bangladesh. As we expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Umrah Coordinators.

Job Description:

The Umrah Coordinator will play a vital role in organizing and managing all aspects of Umrah pilgrimage trips. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Umrah process to ensure a smooth and spiritually fulfilling experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination: Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and preparation for their Umrah journey.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documents (passports, visas, travel insurance) are processed accurately and timely.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for pilgrims.
  • Itinerary Planning: Develop and communicate detailed travel itineraries to clients, ensuring all aspects of the pilgrimage are covered.
  • On-Ground Support: Provide support to pilgrims during their journey, addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers to secure the best deals and ensure quality services.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Saudi Arabian regulations and Hijaz Hajj & Umrah Kafela’s standards.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel industry, preferably in Hajj and Umrah services.
  • Skills:
    1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
    4. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
  • Language: Proficiency in Bangla and English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for the significance of the Umrah pilgrimage.


  • Monthly Salary will be start from 16k – 20k
