• Comment: My parents went to umrah with Hijaz Hajj & Umrah Kafela on 16 January and returned safely ( and happily) yesterday on 28 January. I was anxious about thinking their late age before their departure however they found comfort to this service from the very first. My brother ( in Bangladesh) and I ( currently in Australia) were well connected to them through the related whites app group. Were were informed about all major events that my parents performed there. Moreover, we enjoyed important jiarah(s) virtually that the guide Mamun vai shared in the whats app group. The provided accommodations both in Makka And Medinah were comfortable and very close. The food is covered by umrah package and each menu was healthy and delicious. A separate note about the guide Mamun vai. My parents are very happy and satisfied about his dedicated guidence. My parents shared some experiences with me where Mamun vai showed Immense patience to tackle unwanted disregulation of his kafela. I second this service to anyone who aim to perform Hajj / Umrah with utmost satisfaction. I hope this agency will continue their quality service and do even better for future 😃
