• Ordinary rooms do not guarantee a specific view; however, a room with a Haram view can be arranged for an additional fee
• Airport transportation allows a maximum waiting time of ninety minutes from the scheduled flight
• Hijaz Hajj & Umrah Kafela is not responsible for any misplaced luggage or valuables
• Unused or partially used services are non-refundable
• Confirmation of the bundle does not guarantee its availability

Payment Policy

• Online booking requires a one-time payment
• Package confirmation necessitates a 60% payment of the package price
• The remaining 40% of the package price must be paid before departure
• Any additional service fees, such as extra meals, a different hotel room, a personalized tour, or a private vehicle or cab on demand, are to be covered by the traveler during the Ziarah trip
• Overdue payments are not allowed
