Prices may change based on availability, subject to notice. Private transportation comes with an additional fee, while group transportation is provided at no cost.

• The Ramadan month and the busy season do not apply to the package pricing.
• The timing of hotel check-in and check-out is according to hotel rules.
• There is no assurance of a particular view in the ordinary room. For a surcharge, a room with a view of Haram could be offered.
• There is a maximum of ninety minutes of waiting time from the flight schedule for airport transportation.
• Any misplaced luggage or valuables are not the responsibility of Hijaz Hajj & Umrah Kafela.
• Services that are not used at all or are partially used are not refundable.
• The bundle might not be available when it is confirmed.

Special Notes: The Sold Package is completely non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable by Saudi Hajj-Umrah legislation.

Payment policy

• Online booking: Any one-time payment
• Package confirmation: 60% of the package price
• Before departure: 40% of the package price
• Extra service fee: You must pay any extra service charge when you go on the Ziarah trip. Extra meals, a different hotel room, a personalized tour, a private vehicle or cab on demand, etc.
• Overdue is not permitted
