Reviews for Hijaz Hajj Umrah Ltd

Assalamu Alaikum.
It was a truly wonderful experience for us.
We enjoyed this journey very much and we are sincerely grateful for the excellent service.
Special thanks to Hijaz Hajj Umrah Limited for making our travel so comfortable and memorable.

I performed Umrah along with my spouse last year in the month of August through them. Their service throughout this spiritual journey was well articulated and top notch. One of their employee Towfiq bhai helped to prepare the customized Umrah plan for us. The service in Makkah and Madinah was excellent from them. I loved their service overall at an affordable price. Would love to take their service again In sha Allah.

Alhamdulillah, on 22 January 2026, four members of my family went to perform Umrah through Hijaz Hajj. Alhamdulillah, our experience was very good. The hotel they provided was even closer than the distance they had initially promised.
Especially Ekramul Islam regularly checked on us and took care of everything. All the members of the Hijaz team were very sincere and supportive.
We hope that Hijaz will continue to maintain its reputation and success in the future.

I am very satisfied with the tour to Madinah and Makkah through Hijaz Hajj & Umrah Ltd. The hotel in Madinah is just 0 km from the Haram, which made the trip very convenient.

Alhamdulillah, I completed Umrah through Hijaz Hajj Umrah Limited. Their service was very good. The teacher was very educated and sincere.

I had a great experience. The entire team was supportive, well-mannered, and always ready to assist. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. Alhamdulillah, my entire Umrah experience went smoothly. The service in both Makkah and Madinah was amazing.

I recently performed Umrah with my family, and Alhamdulillah, it was a truly blessed and memorable experience for all of us. Although we encountered an unexpected challenge due to the cancellation of our flight, the Hijaz team made a sincere effort to resolve the issue at their earliest convenience. Their support during that stressful moment was appreciated, although there is still room for improvement in how they care for group members during such situations. A little more attention and coordination in those moments would make their service truly outstanding.

Aside from that, everything else during our journey was well-organized and delivered exactly as promised. The arrangements, from transportation to accommodation, were smooth, and we felt taken care of throughout the pilgrimage. What truly stood out was their dedication to offering not just traditional Hajj and Umrah packages, but also genuine support whenever needed.

The staff and guides were exceptionally cooperative, kind, and accommodating, always available to answer questions and provide assistance whenever needed. Their guidance throughout the rituals made the experience even more meaningful and stress-free.

Overall, we are grateful for the service provided by Hijaz, and with a few enhancements during unexpected situations, they can reach an even higher standard of excellence.

Thank you, Hijaz team, for helping make our Umrah journey a memorable one.
